RINET Leaders Named 2020 Five Star Wealth Manager Award Winners
BOSTON, Mass., February 14, 2020 – RINET Company, LLC, a leading provider of wealth management and multifamily office services, today announced that Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Brian Rivotto and Managing Director Gary P. Savage were named 2020 Five Star Wealth Manager Award winners. They will be recognized in a special section of the March issue of Boston Magazine that features notable wealth managers in the Greater Boston area. This is the fourth year Mr. Rivotto has been named a recipient of the award. Mr. Savage has been named a recipient of the award for the last two years.
The 2020 Five Star Wealth Manager Award recognizes wealth managers for their commitment to providing quality services to their clients. The award is based on an in-depth research process that incorporates peer and firm feedback, as well as objective criteria such as client retention rates, client assets administered, industry experience, and regulatory history.
Mr. Rivotto has over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry and joined RINET in 2002. He oversees the entire RINET organization and leads the strategic direction for the firm. He works with clients on all aspects of their financial, income tax, estate, insurance, and investment planning. In addition, Mr. Rivotto has helped his clients successfully resolve some of life’s most complex financial challenges, including the sale of a business, new business formation, and analyzing prenuptial and divorce settlements. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is also a Personal Financial Specialist. Mr. Rivotto serves as a member of the Board of Overseers at the New England Aquarium.
Mr. Savage joined RINET in 1997 and is the longest-tenured member of the firm. He leads the organization’s Wealth Planning Group, overseeing RINET’s 12 relationship advisors. Mr. Savage hails from a large family and has leveraged his personal experience in helping his clients manage complicated family dynamics. As a 29-year financial planning industry veteran, Mr. Savage is often called upon to serve as trustee for his clients, in recognition of his advanced family navigation and wealth transfer strategy skills. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is also a Certified Financial PlannerTM. Mr. Savage is active in numerous Winchester youth sports and the Winchester Sports Foundation.
