Managing Director & CEO
Brian Rivotto is Managing Director and CEO of RINET. As part of his leadership position at RINET, he is also a shareholder and voting member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Brian oversees the entire RINET organization and leads the strategic direction for the firm. He works with clients on all aspects of their financial, income tax, estate, insurance and investment planning. In addition, he has helped his clients successfully resolve some of life’s most complex challenges, including the sale of a business, new building construction, analyzing prenuptial agreements and negotiating divorce settlements. He also serves as a trustee and executor for a number of his clients.
Brian has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining RINET in 2002, he was a partner in an international accounting firm focusing on tax planning and consulting for high-net-worth clients, closely held businesses and corporate executives.
A member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Brian is also a Personal Financial Specialist. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Hamilton College and a Master of Science in Accounting from Northeastern University. He enjoys a good round of golf or tennis match, and lives in North Reading, MA with his wife and three children.

Gary P. Savage is a Managing Director, shareholder and voting member of the Investment Committee at RINET. He oversees RINET’s Wealth Planning Group and leads one of the client service teams. He works with families to develop customized investment management plans and helps them integrate their plan with their broader wealth management goals. With his expertise in wealth transfer strategies and family dynamics, he is often called to serve as trustee for his clients.
Prior to joining RINET in 1997, Gary worked for a Boston-based regional accounting firm focusing on tax planning and consulting for high-net-worth clients. He is a former board member and President of the New England Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. He also served as a member of the Executive Committee of the Boston Estate Planning Council and the Professional Advisory Committee of the Boston Foundation. In 2006, he received the Boston Business Journal’s “40 under 40” award, which recognizes forty professionals under the age of forty for their work and civic achievements.
Gary holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Stonehill College and a Master of Science in Taxation from Bentley College. He is a Certified Financial PlannerTM and a Certified Public Accountant. He lives in Winchester, MA with his wife Kim and their three children, and is a member of the Winchester Country Club and the Quechee (VT) Club. Gary is active in numerous Winchester youth sports and the Winchester Sports Foundation.

Managing Director & CIO
David S. Beckwith is Managing Director and CIO of RINET. He is also a shareholder of the company. David leads the development and direction of the firm’s overall investment strategy and tactical decision-making. He also oversees the due diligence, selection and monitoring of all investment managers, including mutual funds and limited partnerships.
David’s career began in 1981 as a financial analyst with Lloyds Bank International. He honed his investment management skills with a 12-year role as Vice President and Portfolio Manager at John Hancock Financial Services, managing global, international, and Pacific Basin mutual funds, and his four years as Senior Vice President at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co., managing private clients and institutional accounts. Prior to joining RINET in 2005, he was the Managing Director of Hale and Dorr Capital Management LLC, heading up this $1.8 billion private client/family foundation investment management firm.
David is a Chartered Financial Analyst® and member of the Boston Security Analysts Society. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Trinity College and studied international finance at the Fletcher School at Tufts University. He is also a Trustee and rotating investment committee member at the Dedham Institution for Savings. David has commented on financial issues and been featured in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, and The Daily Deal, and on ABC World News Tonight and CNBC, among other news outlets. He is also a regular speaker at family office and hedge fund conferences. He lives with his family in Dedham.

Rebecca R. Pouliot is a Managing Director and shareholder at RINET. She leads one of the firm’s Wealth Planning Group teams and is responsible for the day-to-day management of her clients’ financial affairs, as well as crafting and implementing their strategic financial plans. Her client base includes many retirees, as well as executives and their extended families.
Prior to joining RINET in 2000, she was a manager in the Private Client Advisors practice at Deloitte and Touche LLP, where she focused on providing tax and financial planning services to high net worth executives.
Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Stonehill College, and a Master of Science in Taxation from Northeastern University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Financial PlannerTM. Rebecca is a member of the Boston Estate Planning Council and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Kathleen C. Wallace is a Managing Director and shareholder at RINET. She leads the firm’s Trust Management Group. Kathleen oversees all areas of trust administration, including: beneficiary distributions, maintenance of the trust accounting system, quarterly reporting, preparation of fiduciary income tax returns, and trust income and expense projections. She administers the private foundations established by RINET’s clients, which includes grant disbursements, tax payments and overall compliance with IRS rules. Kathleen helps clients manage their financial affairs with family office services such as bill paying, income collecting, household accounting, and wages and reporting for household employees. Her group prepares the quarterly financial reports for Family Limited Partnerships as well as other client partnerships. Kathleen also supports relationship managers with estate settlement and funding of new trusts as appropriate.
Prior to joining RINET in 1998, Kathleen held various trust taxation and administration roles at BankBoston, Boston Safe Deposit & Trust Company, and State Street Bank.
Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from Bridgewater State College, and a Master of Science in Taxation from Bentley College. She successfully completed the two-year program of the National Graduate Trust School, sponsored by the American Bankers Association at Northwestern University. She is a Certified Financial PlannerTM and Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA). Kathleen is the former President of the Big Sister of Greater Boston Alumnae Association, and served on the board of Big Sister of Greater Boston. She is a member of the Boston Club, a community of women executives and leaders. Kathleen lives in Billerica, MA and enjoys travel, photography, reading, and spending time with her large extended family.
